The Committee evaluates facilities, policies, and programs, and designs, implements and monitors the Village of Southampton Access for the Disabled Program; resolves and mediates issues pertinent to disabled facilities and issues in the Village, and educates, and promotes attitude and awareness.

The Committee meets with the public regularly to inform on plans and progress, to receive comments, complaints, discuss concerns and to involve the community in planning, advocacy and resolution on matters relevant to disabled individuals and issues in the Village of Southampton.
