NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that on March 11, 2021 at 6:00 p.m., continued from February 11, 2021, the Board of Trustees of the Village of Southampton, Suffolk County, N.Y., pursuant to Chapter 116, Article II, Section 116-5 of the Code of the Village of Southampton, shall consider:
THE APPLICATION OF 71 Hill LLC REQUESTING A special permit for A transient hotel and workforce housing pursuant to Section 116-5 of the Village Code for the property LOCATED AT 71 & 91 HILL STREET, SOUTHAMPTON, NEW YORK, SUFFOLK COUNTY TAX MAP NUMBERS 0904-006.00-01.00-007.000 and 0904-006.00-01.00-008.000.
Due to public health and safety concerns related to COVID-19 and in accordance with Governor Cuomo’s Executive Order 202.1, the hearing will be held via videoconferencing. The meeting will be live streamed and a transcript will be provided at a later date. The public will have an opportunity to see and hear the meeting live and provide comments.
